Jeremy founded Forma after spending eight months trying to form a Delaware C-Corporation from abroad — a process he came to describe as "designed for nobody." What should have taken a week became a slow-motion maze of paper forms, registered-agent upsells, and IRS hold music.

Previously he founded two companies, one acquired in 2023, and led product at a Series-B fintech serving cross-border founders. He sits on the board of two early-stage companies and writes occasionally on incorporation, jurisdictional arbitrage, and the modern founder's stack.
